For broken links, missing images, rendering problems, accessibility issues, sitemap problems, and other technical defects on the site. If a page does not load, an image is missing, an inline figure URL returns a 404, or a screen reader interaction does not work as expected, send the page URL, the browser or assistive technology in use, and a brief description of the issue to this address. Boomeropia treats technical-issue reports with the same seriousness as editorial corrections.
Response expectations
Boomeropia is a small editorial team. Realistic response windows:
- General Inquiries, Editorial, Technical Issues: within two business days.
- Advertise With Us / Sponsorships: within three business days. Replies may be slower if a full proposal is included and Boomeropia is reviewing partner terms.
- Media / Press: within one business day during weekdays, or on the next business day for messages received over a weekend.
If a message is time-sensitive and the expected window has passed without a reply, please resend with “Second attempt” in the subject line. Boomeropia’s inbox tools do not always flag stuck messages, and a resend with that subject line is filtered to the top of the queue.
What this page is not for
This page is not the right path for several categories of message that Boomeropia receives. For these, the appropriate route is described on the linked page rather than via email.
- Privacy requests, data access, data correction, or data deletion. Use the contact path on the Privacy Policy page. Privacy requests are handled under a separate thirty-day response window and are not mixed with editorial or commercial correspondence.
- Corrections to Boomeropia’s articles. Use the Editorial mailbox above. If the correction is time-sensitive because the article contains a factual error affecting a reader’s travel decision, mark the subject line “Correction” and Boomeropia will prioritize.
- Bookings, refunds, cancellations, or complaints about a specific operator, ship, hotel, or tour. Boomeropia is an editorial product, not a booking site. Boomeropia does not have access to any operator’s reservation system. Please contact the operator directly through the booking channel you used. Boomeropia’s operator coverage is independent of any booking relationship and we cannot intervene in a booking dispute.
- Affiliate commission, payout, or tracking disputes. Use the Advertise With Us / Sponsorships mailbox above with “Affiliate” in the subject line.
