Blondee Buzzing in Miami at Cafe Prima Pasta
414 71st Street Miami, Florida 33141
305.867.0106 Note: open 7 days a week

As you enter this wonderful restaurant (right off of Collins Ave.) you feel like you are among "family". You will be greeted by Omar, the front man.
There are 4 rooms of seating, all white tablecloths & fun black and white photos everywhere. We were in the 1st room right off the bar area. Of course you will meet Angel, the bartender at the bar. There are more than 160 seats, and The Cea family ownership goes back to 1993, when there were very few Italian restaurants in the area.
The expansion from 1993 until now says it all about the success of this restaurant!
It has had many awards and amazing mentions through the years including Zagat.
Now it is Blondee's time to let the world of food know about this restaurant, which made all 7 of my guests so very happy, wanting for more! There were star employees everywhere here...Top of the list is Gerry and Fabiano, thank you and many kisses for their generous hospitality.
Our waiter was Guillermo. He was such a top notch pro and had a perfect touch of blonde in his hair!
His assistant, Florencia was at our table checking every moment to see if we had what we needed. who was there every moment was Florencia.
I loved meeting another wonderful blonde, whom I know holds down the fort here, Susana (administrative assistant). The entire kitchen staff was amazing and the kitchen was so clean, you could eat off the floor....I was so excited to help make a few fresh homemade raviolis and wanted to sneak a huge bite of the fresh lasagna I saw them making (I did not of course….)
Blondee favorites:
Red wines were so perfect...
Fried zucchini, Scottish salmon, fresh baked bread and the garlic, parsley, oil and red pepper delight, I would not let leave my site. We had lovely fresh pasta; my favorite was the spinach cheese & the linguine with seafood. We were so lucky to be able to select our main course; I had the Veal Piccata with white wine, lemon and capers. It was so tender that it melted in my mouth and made me want for more!
Guillermo had smiles on ALL of our faces as he brought us dessert. There were four of them, each yummy, only one on my mind and my hips....the cheesecake! It was amazing....and he made sure it had a Blondee touch....mango sauce on the side....something yellow…
There prices are so reasonable and they have an amazing special that you can ask about when you call for a reservation.....
Blondee moments happened everywhere, I was talking to people throughout the restaurant and the whole feeling in this 71st street address was pure goodness....Yes, I will have to go back and just sit and eat the garlic delight, with the fresh bread & anything else from their yummy menu......it is like you are in heaven if just for an evening!
